The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Motherwell area. We are looking for multiple HGV (CAT C and C+E) to join the team.

Hours: Shifts run across Monday to Sunday, 5 out of 7 shifts a week (weekends included)
- Class 1 Days- 06:00am- 09:00am start time
- Class 1 Nights- 21:00pm- 23:59pm start time
- Class 2 Twilight- 14:00pm- 16:00pm start time
- Class 2 Days- 06:00am- 09:00am start time
- Class 2 Nights- 21:00pm - 23:59pm start time
Pay Rate:
- Class 1 Days- £14.36 per hour PAYE
- Class 1 Nights- £15.87 per hour PAYE
- Class 2 Days - £15.00 per hour PAYE
- Class 2 Twilight- £15.00 per hour PAYE
- Class 2 Nights- £16.21 per hour PAYE
Location: Motherwell, ML1
Job Type: Ongoing with opportunity for permanent.
The role:
· Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
· Handling runs with 4-5 delivery stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
· Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle.
· Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
· Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C or C+E).
. 3 months experience required for class 1
· Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
· No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
· Full understanding of WTD legislation.
· Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
· Excellent communication skills.
· A safety-first mindset.
