Parcel Sorter – Ongoing Work (Potential Permanent Opportunity)
Location: Nuneaton, CV10
Pay Rate: From £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 6am till 4pm
The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client in the Nuneaton area. This is an ongoing role with the chance to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
- Sorting and organising parcels ready for dispatch
- Using scanners, conveyors, and general warehouse equipment
- Checking labels and routing parcels correctly
- Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
- Identifying damaged parcels and following correct procedures
- Working within a supportive team to achieve targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Requirements
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience is helpful but not essential
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting parcels
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible for overtime when required
- Access to reliable transport
