TRC is working with one of the leading national providers of specialist care in the UK, with many services including residential homes and supported living for individuals with Autism, learning disability, and mental health needs. Due to successful organic growth, they are looking to add an experienced project manager to their team!

The Role 

TRC is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support a wide-ranging transformation programme within Adult Social Care, with a particular focus on Supported Living. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on service delivery for vulnerable adults while working closely with senior leaders and frontline operations. 

Following a recent restructuring from three to two divisions, the focus is on refining our operating model, identifying growth opportunities, standardising finance processes, and improving integration across residential and supported living services.

This role does require someone who has previous experience in project management within the health and social care sector. 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead and support the delivery of strategic projects across supported living services and other adult services nationally 

Contribute to refining the current operating model and staffing structure

Identify opportunities for growth and service development

Strengthen links between residential and supported living provisions

Collaborate with divisional directors, HR and finance teams to streamline processes and portfolios

Ensure consistent project governance, reporting, and communication

Build strong working relationships with operational teams and key stakeholders
