This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a specialist care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential service and staff team
- Ensure outstanding, person-centred care delivery
- Maintain compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training and performance
- Promote a positive, supportive and inclusive culture
- Oversee care planning, risk management and service quality
Requirements
- Previous experience managing within adult social care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Experience supporting adults with complex needs and/or learning disabilities
- Relevant health & social care qualification desirable
