We are currently looking for PM ad-hoc Shunters for Mondays and full-time Shunters to work Monday to Friday nights.

Hours
PM Ad-Hoc Shunters:
- Mondays only
- Start times between 19:00 and 22:00
Full-Time Shunters:
- Monday to Friday
- 22:00 to 06:00
Pay Rates
- £18.50 between 06:00–22:00
- £20.00 between 22:00–06:00
- £25.00 weekend rate
Location
Coventry, CV8
The Role
- Shunting trailers within the yard – 40–100 moves per shift
- Yard manoeuvring and reversing with confidence and accuracy
- Communicating effectively with transport and logistics teams
Requirements
- Minimum 4 months’ shunting driving experience
- Full UK Class 1 licence (C+E)
- Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Successful completion of assessment (theory and practical)
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude
