The Role & Duties
The Temporary Recruitment Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business across the UK Temporary Staffing market. The role focuses on supplying high-volume, short-notice, and peak-driven labour solutions while ensuring strong margins,
This role requires a strong understanding of Temporary Recruitment models, compliance, volume workforce planning, and fast-paced client environments.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (Temp & Temp to Perm Focused)

Proactively identify and secure new temporary staffing opportunities through outbound sales, referrals, networking, and site-led activity

Conduct on-site client meetings to understand volume requirements, shift patterns, peak periods, and compliance expectations
