The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Liverpool area. We are looking for experienced Van Drivers (CAT B) to join the team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am until 5pm.
Pay Rate: £13.06 per hour PAYE.
Location: Liverpool, L20
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
- Safely transport plumbing supplies to construction sites across the UK using flat back/sprinter vans.
- Handballing of pipes and plumbing gear will be required, but customers will assist in unloading.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to designated locations.
- Collaborate with customers to facilitate the unloading process and maintain positive relationships.
- Complete required paperwork for deliveries, including logging mileage, obtaining signatures, and documenting any issues.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (category B).
- At least 2 years of experience driving the relevant vehicle.
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A safety-first mindset.
