- Shift: Monday – Friday
- Start: 3:00am
- Finish: 11:00am
- £13.73ph
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an important part in ensuring parcels are processed quickly and accurately, ready to reach customers on time.
Your duties will include:
- Sorting and organising parcels by route and destination
- Scanning and labelling parcels accurately
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Operating conveyor belts and warehouse equipment
- Identifying and reporting damaged parcels
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Following all health, safety and security procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and happy to be on their feet
- Able to lift and move parcels safely
- Detail-focused and able to work accurately
- A strong team player
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required
- Able to reliably get to the CA6 4RD site for a 3:00am start
