The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading client in the Doncaster DN9 area.
We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team.
KEY DETAILS
Location: Doncaster, DN9
Start Date: 6th October
Shift: Nights – weekends included
Start Time: 12:00am–1:00am
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temp to Perm
Permanent Positions: Available for the right candidates
PPE: Required before starting
Work Location: In person
THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Sorting and organising incoming parcels accurately and efficiently
- Using conveyor belts, scanners and other warehouse equipment
- Correctly labelling and categorising parcels
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Identifying and reporting damaged parcels
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all company health, safety and security procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous warehouse, logistics or parcel-sorting experience is preferred but not essential.
You will need to:
- Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Be able to lift packages of varying weights
- Have good attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be reliable and committed to your shifts
- Be able to work nights, including weekends
- Have reliable transport to and from the warehouse
IMPORTANT
MUST HAVE PPE BEFORE STARTING.
This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
