Location: Nuneaton (CV10) | Pay From: £12.71 per hour
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established and fast-growing client in Nuneaton. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for reliable work, a supportive team environment, and long-term career prospects.
Shifts Available
- Tuesday – Thursday
- 6:00am – 4:00pm
Flexible options available – suitable for full-time, part-time, and students (up to 20 hours per week).
The Role
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Sorting and scanning parcels efficiently and accurately
- Using handheld scanners (HHTs), pump trucks, and conveyor systems
- Organising parcels by postcode areas
- Carrying out general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
- Basic IT skills for scanners and warehouse systems
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
