The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the CV8 area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join their busy parcel sorting operation.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.
Transport Provided to and from the B2 4 area
We understand that getting to work can sometimes be difficult, so transport is available directly from Birmingham City Centre to the warehouse.
- £6 per journey (£12 return)

The Role
- Sorting and organising incoming parcels according to designated routes and destinations.
- Using scanners and conveyor belts to support the sorting process.
- Labelling and categorising parcels accurately.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Identifying and reporting damaged parcels.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parcels.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to commute to Leicester City Centre for the provided transport.
