Our client, a reputable 3PL company located in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their night shift team. This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift throughout the shift, primarily focusing on loading and unloading straight frame and double-decker trailers in a fast-paced environment.
Pay rate: £15.12
Hours: Monday to Friday 19:00-05:30
Job Type: Temp to perm
The Role:
- Loading/unloading straight frame and double-decker trailers.
- Solely operating an FLT entire shift.
- Potentially operating with around up to 11 other FLT Drivers.
- Ensure all safety checks are completed on a forklift truck and relevant documentation is completed at the start of your shift.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years FLT experience, specifically with counterbalance trucks
- Accredited counterbalance forklift license
- Experience loading and unloading double-decker trailers.
