Now you can! Due to the continuous growth, we are now looking to add an additional team member to our highly successful, fun yet slightly crazy team.
The successful candidate will be required to work at our Leeds office, a car and full driving license is a bonus but definitely not essential providing you can commute to work daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for our clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess their suitability for specific roles, and provide professional feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market knowledge, and any changes that may impact recruitment strategies.
- Effectively manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and be self-motivated.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, as required.
